If you need a medical reassessment, ask how the advisor transfers the concern to the clinician. The distinction matters more than whether the overall service is described as concierge or comprehensive.

The public cancellation instructions differ

The help article says readers can call or email to request cancellation. The terms specify phone cancellation for non-California residents and phone or email for California residents. Both describe a two-day cutoff before renewal processing. Ask which channel is accepted for your account and request confirmation; do not choose the easier instruction without resolving the discrepancy.

No refund does not mean no further access

The terms say cancellation ends future billing while access continues through the paid monthly or quarterly cycle. That separates the financial end date from the clinical handoff. If you are moving to another provider, ask how to obtain records and address a pending prescription question before the paid period ends. A canceled renewal does not itself arrange continuing care elsewhere.
